Just Vote Independent

What are you doing for New Plymouth this Election.

Well it now looks like National will have the most votes as a single party, but Labour will head the next coalition government. Now that the Greens have sided with Labour and the Moari party wants the Moari seats to be entrenched in law. National has no likely coalition partners left other than the Act party. Meaning they will be out numbered politically. More reason now for the National supporters to now vote the New Plymouth Independent with their local candidate tick. As the New Plymouth Independent Seat will go with the party that has the mandate to govern. As there is no advantage for New Plymouth and the seat to be in the opposition party. Also because New Zealanders vote governments out not in, it is a clear that Labour itself was voted out. Therefore Harry the incumbent will go to, not being on the list. Even though Labour will be the government by default. So Labour supporters to should now vote for the New Plymouth Independent Seat with their local candidate tick. All the other smaller parties Greens NZ First Act etc only want your party vote. So all their supporters should also support the New Plymouth Seat with their local candidate tick. This way at least New Plymouth will have a say at the negotiating table with its issues, who ever the government coalition turns out to be.
